飘扬在Rendez-Vous里的Bee Gees

我坐在Rendez-Vous里——美罗大厦对门新开的一家咖啡馆——正在放Bee Gees的碟。Bee Gees是我最喜欢的音乐人。非华语的，就是Bee Gees了；华语的一定是陈升。

我不能像乐评家那样用复杂的句子来表达对Bee Gees的喜爱，但当Maurice Gibb的死讯传来的时候，我真得很伤心。这是今生永远的遗憾：再也听不到Bee Gees的现场了。那次听说陈升被砍伤以后不能再弹吉他，我也有同样的遗憾。如果陈升不能再写、不能再唱，那么算上Maurice Gibb，音乐上就是百分之一百的遗憾了，除非能听一次小Kleiber的现场。Bee Gees的声望、获得过的荣誉、被翻唱过的歌、凡此种种，早已是活着的传奇。Mariah Carey就算有多少多少白金，也还差很远。

刘润给它的网站起名www.run2me.com，好名字。只可惜，刘润自己并不知道"Run To Me"也是Bee Gees的名曲。我发了mp3给它，不知道它会否像我这样喜欢上。那天晚上，我看到刘志建的msn改名成了"Eddie Liu - We don''t say goodbye"。只有Bee Gees的饭——比如我——才明白。我问他，你在听Immortality？他会心一笑。不过我猜他只是喜欢Celine Dion，而不是Bee Gees。

上面这些是我昨天在Rendez-Vous写的，写在菜单的背面的。舒伯特在菜单背面写鳟鱼，我在菜单背面写日记。

    Hi! I'm a huge Bee Gees fan since I was ten, and I am really glad that you enjoyed their music too. I share a lot of your sentiments, and indeed it has been difficult to find a fellow fan in China. Do drop me a line if you do want to stay in touch.

    最近在下他们配乐的电影Melody和Saturday night fever...
