XGAO recommended a very interesting tool to me, the Microsoft Office Home Style+. It can create cartoon pictures for you from any pictures. Here is my experiment. Very interesting.

Interesting. I bet you played with this for a long time, Jian Shuo :-) I don't see any red X's at all, so maybe you fixed it since the last comment.

They have an english version.
