They reported that someone called Wang Yang Lee announced to be a manager from ICBC and collected ID and bank account information from victims. People searched in Google and arrived my website. What a mistake to trust someone in this common fraud case! (Another mistake is to take my personal website as ICBC official website).

    I had intimated by japan Lottery,that i had received an lottery amount of USD 500,000 and ICBC has mailed intimated that they had stopping the transfer to my account, due to the non-availablity of Government Tax clearence Certificate…and ICBC has asked to contact the Public affairs bureau to get this certificate.

    Pls let us know the formalities or any amount to paid to get this certificate.

    Our bank (ICBC BANK OF CHINA) just received a release order note from United Nations Headquarter (CENTER FOR CERTIFICATE ENDORESEMENT), to transfer your fund into your nominated account. Also together we got another fax from Inland Tax Revenue, asking our bank to hold on transferring your fund today.

    The Inland Tax Revenue said they wants to find out if you had make tax payment on your fund ($500,000.00 USD) transferring, meanwhile the office had collected your information to contact you by email also by phone, please kindly hold on until we get feedback from the Tax Inland Revenue office later toady.

Last January 29, 2007, I received an email from certain Dr. Tony Cheung, Ltto Coordinator with tel. nos. +86 2031539611 and +86 13691746015 telling me that I won from Toyota Lotto Prize Award amounting to US$500,000.00. the following day, I received another email from Dr. Cheung he sent me a guarantee award certificate and asked me to inform Mr. Clement Wong of icbc bank, China for the release of my winning. I called the numbers they sent me and they are answering the phone, telling me to fill up the details they sent me. Wiht so many scam around, I am confused on how to gho about it. Is ICBC just ignoring this things to happen. Well guys, you must act on this if this is not real, sooner or later it will comes back to you.

  7. i just won US$500,000.00 form Toyota Lottery Last January 29, 2007. This was announced to me by Dr. Tony Cheung, Lotto Coordinator of the said lottery. I called him and told me to fill up the form he sent me. The next day, another email was sent to me, attached is a Winner Guarantee Form for US$500,000.00. I was told to contact icbc..copm.cn and email Mr. Clement Wong, of the T.T. Section of the ICBC Banbk, in China. I called Mr. Clement Wong and told me to send him the details. (?) I asked him what details, he hanged the phone. I wrote them a letter asking the to send me on how to go about the details of fund transfer of my winning in my country. I will update you guys if this is real or just a scum. Good luck Wangjiao!
