| When MNC started their expansion in China several years ago, they used the managers in their divisions in other Asian contries or regions. However, in my opinion, those managers often are not really good professionals. Many of them didn't bring the corperate culture from HQs to the divisions in China. Many of them lack the necessary experience to handle the business in large scale and the experience to deal with Chinese government. We have seen quite a few of them involved in the major scandals and serious mismanagement. |
