Banks are important in people's life everywhere, especially in Shanghai. There are two reasons: 1) Shanghai is the financial center, and it impacts the people's life here - people are closer to financial management, fund, and stock than many other cities. 2) Online banking is not as good as what we expect, so people have to take time to find the right bank, line up, and wait for the clerk to get things done.
