Capitalism or Socialism

In Snoqualmie, in a speech, Sidney Rittenburg said something like this:

People get very confused in the current world.

Which country, under the flag of socialism, step fast on the track to capitalism.

Which country, under the flag of capitalism, running fast toward socialism.
