Beijing to Shanghai, Z9 or T31

Hi,

Read you’re blog and hoped i can ask you a question.

We are going to China and are going to travel from Beijing to Hangzhou. I

understand there are 2 fast traine, the Z9 and T31. The ticket salesguy from

the internet tells me there are no 2 person soft sleepers available on the Z9.

They are available on the T31. Is the Z9 as new and nic as the Z13 ? Is the T31

as nice as Z13?

What’s our best option as europeans?

Maybe the Z13 to shanghai and a taxi to hangzhou ?

For now we are going to try the T31.
